Worthy Are You Lord (Revelation4)

Revelation 4 begins a new section and a new vision.  The opening scene (chapters 4 & 5) invites John into the great throne room where he sees things as they really are.  The Lord is worthy of all worship, glory, honor, and praise.  

Do You Know What You Need? (Revelation 3:14-22)

We often say, "We need...", but too often that doesn't end with "...Jesus."

An Open Door (Revelation 3:7-13)

To a church in a city unsettled on the fault lines of the earth, the Lord Jesus offers a city whose foundation will never shift - a hope for an everlasting city, the City of God, the New Jerusalem.  

Wake Up! (Revelation 3:1-6)

No commendation for the Church at Sardis.  The only think louder than Jesus' rebuke is his call to "Wake up!"

Hold Fast (Revelation 2:18-29)

In contrast to the Church at Ephesus, the Church at Thyatira had grown in love, faith, service and patient endurance, but had become tolerant to false teaching and sin in the ranks.  The call is to "Repent!" and the encouragement is to "Hold fast!"
